Baltimore Dance Crews Project is Out-of-School-Time (OST) Program that initiates and strengthens mentoring relationships Between Youth and Adults through hip-hop dance.

As we gear up for our BDCP 6th Annual I Can B'more Concert, don't forget to become a High Five Society member for our Spring Campaign!! Monthly donors will contribute to our campaign goal of $50,000 by JUNE 8th and fund mentor training, more trips and adventures, as well as funding a home of our very own by 2019!

Growing up my life was changed by an OST program, and my first career goal was to create similar spaces for young people. Through Baltimore Dance Crews Project (BDCP) I had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented kids and dedicated adults I have ever met. I first connected with the organization in 2017 as a BaltimoreCorps Fellow, operating as the Communications and Development Manager. The video above being one of many marketing and promotion materials made during my fellowship (see below). In 2018 I was promoted to General Manager where I handled the organization’s operations, volunteer engagement, community events, and programming.
