Black Girl Magik
Black Girl Magik (BGM) is an online and offline platform catered to women of color founded by Shydeia Caldwell in May 2015. BGM is simultaneously an arts space, a hub for dialogue, a multimedia realm and center for solidarity and self care. I worked with Black Girl Magik from 2016-2017, creating graphics for their social media and website.
BGMSpotlights
#BGMSpotlights was a weekly post to shout out Black women creatives in the visual arts, film making, music, and more. Incorporating a cut-out collage style, I used flat shapes and plants to compliment the photos.
